Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sleevr! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sleevr mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our services. Users under 13 may use the app without creating an account, but should do so under parental supervision. By using the app, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Account Registration

While you can play Sleevr without an account, creating an account enables cloud sync and additional features:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not share your account with others

You may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

Game Rules and Fair Play

When using Sleevr, you agree to:

Play fairly and not use any cheats, hacks, or exploits

Not manipulate game mechanics or systems

Not use automated tools or bots to play games

Respect other players in multiplayer modes

Not engage in harassment, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior

Not attempt to gain unfair advantages over other players

Credits and Virtual Items

Sleevr uses a virtual currency system called "Credits":

Credits are earned through gameplay, achievements, and leveling up

Credits can be used for in-game features like extra lives or continues

Credits have no real-world monetary value

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users

We reserve the right to adjust credit values or economy at any time

You may delete your account at any time via the Profile screen or Settings > Account. All credits, progress, and data will be permanently deleted.

AI-Generated Content

Important notice about our content:

Trivia questions and educational content are generated using AI

While we strive for accuracy, content may contain errors or be outdated

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content

You should not rely solely on app content for critical decisions

We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content

Users are encouraged to verify information independently

Image Credits

Images used in this app, including those in the Guess the Country feature, are sourced as follows:

Images may be AI-generated using tools such as DALL·E or similar services

Images may be sourced from Wikimedia Commons under free-use licences (CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA, or equivalent)

We make reasonable efforts to use only images that are freely available for use

If you believe an image has been used incorrectly or without proper licence, please contact us and we will review and remove it promptly

User Content and Conduct

If you upload content (profile pictures, custom names):

You retain ownership of your content

You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content

Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights

Content must not be offensive, inappropriate, or harmful

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

We may moderate usernames and profile pictures

Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including design, graphics, code, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors:

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any app content

You may not reverse engineer or decompile the app

You may not use our trademarks without permission

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app

This license is revocable and terminates if you violate these Terms

Advertisements

Our app may display advertisements or offer the option to watch ads for rewards:

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any)
