• We do not permanently store receipt images

• Google's AI terms and privacy policies apply

• You can opt out by not using AI features

Business Insights:

• Your business data is analyzed locally and via AI

• Insights are generated based on your data only

• No data is shared with other users for insights

7. Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

ShopFlow is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately to delete it.

10. Data Retention

Active Accounts:

• Data is retained as long as your account is active

• Automatic backups for data protection

Deleted Accounts:

• Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days

• Some logs may be retained for legal/security purposes

• Export your data before deletion

Subscription Data:

• Subscription history retained for tax/legal compliance

• Purchase records maintained per app store policies

11. Cookies and Tracking

• Firebase Analytics - App usage and performance

• Session tokens - Keep you logged in

We do NOT use:
